The Clone tool is practical and simple to use, ideal for occasions which the tasks repeat from time to time, like the "payables" from your financial (water, energy, phone bills and certain suppliers for example). 


  • Open your Task Management in your Workspace and click at the "Clone Tool" option (top right corner).

  • Select the Workspace in which the Task List you want to Clone is located, and then Select the Task List (you can select multiple task lists at once). You can even check if you want to maintain the same task assignee or task list coordinator.

  • After Confirming it's time to start working on your Cloned Task List.
